Children’s Book Week Saturday 18 August to Friday 24 August 2012 is nearly here and we can’t wait to learn this year’s winners. This year’s theme is Champions Read! and we know they do!
Congratulations to all the shortlisted books – their authors and illustrators who make reading so much fun! And well done to local illustrator Freya Blackwood who has been nominated in the Early Childhood Shortlist for her illustrations in Nick Bland’s book The Runaway Hug and also in the popular Picture Book Shortlist for her illustrations in the magical Look, a Book! written by Libby Gleeson.
