Online Census

Central West Libraries has internet access available for people who wish to do the Census online. Branches at Orange, Forbes, Blayney and Cowra have WiFi available so you may bring your own devices and use the Census login code to add your information to the form.

We have had some people come into the Library concerned that they had not yet received either their login code or a paper copy. The ABS advises that while August 9 is Census night, people may fill in and send in forms within 2 weeks.

The 2016 census may be completed using a smartphone, tablet or computer. The Australian Bureau of Statistics expects 16 million people to complete the survey online.

For assistance or to request a form or Census login phone the Census help line on 1300 214 531.
