Librarians are progressively tagging books for RFID (radio frequency identification) as they pack up every item in the Orange City Library. They have cleared the front of the library ready for painters and carpet layers to move in for awhile. The whole place looks like a construction zone. The refurbishment at Orange City Library continues until Feb 19 and reopens on Monday 20 February. Library returns can be made at the Orange Visitor Information Centre co-located with Orange Regional Museum.
