Cowra Library is located in the former Waugoola Shire Council building in Darling Street opposite the Council Chambers and the Peace Bell. It is a service of Cowra Council.

Library staff can also source information not available through the library’s general collections and arrange for the loan (see FAQ) of specific books or articles available at other libraries.
