Paper Engineers: The Mars Dome

The Mars project is on and CWASA (Central Aeronautical Space Administration) is looking for engineers to help them build accommodation for astronauts. The geodesic dome has been selected as the most appropriate design. We must build it. CWASA is looking for engineers aged 6+ to help us build it. Engineers under 8 years need to be accompanied by a senior engineer (adult).

Paper Engineers: Mars Strong Structures

More Mars structures are needed. This time they must be weight bearing to take solar panels and landing pads for supply vehicles. Engineers are required to develop designs that can take weight. Prizes available for successful structures. Engineers under 8 years need to be accompanied by a senior engineer (adult).

Lego Club

We are starting a Lego Club and are inviting anyone aged 6+ to sit in and build things with us. Our Lego collection is in its infancy but it does include an exciting architectural kit. We also welcome donated Lego.

Code Club Origins

We are looking to start a regular Code Club in the new term and this is an introductory session to give potential coders an insight to the creative world of computer code. We will be using Scratch language. You don’t need to bring a laptop, but if you have one you are welcome to. For ages 6+. Limited to 6 places.
