Donation Helps Families Keep it Together

Central West Libraries has added some fantastic resources to its collection donated by Bathurst Relationships Centre today. Meghan Bailey, Manager, Bathurst Family Relationship Centre presented the resources to Orange City Librarian Elizabeth Barry (pictured) and Orange City Council's Human Serivces Director Michael Milston accepted the donation on behalf of Central West Libraries. The books, DVDs and pamphlets aim to help strengthen family relationships, help families stay together and assist families through separation. Titles inlcude: The Suitcase Kid by Nick Sharratt, Sreamfree Parenting by Hal Edward Runkel, When Mum & Dad Talk by Tess Rowley and much more. There are also suggested reading lists for parenting after separation and maintaining healthy relationships – so something for everyone – Mums, Dads, couples.
