Get Knitting for Wrap with Love Charity

Winter is the perfect time for knitting so why not knit for a good cause? A designated area at Orange City Library has been set up for knitters from June 1st to August 1st during the National Year of Reading. Knitters will be welcome anytime to knit a few rows or a whole square.

There are millions of people in the world suffering extreme cold and the Wrap with Love charity aims to help them. Most of us can knit and sew. Just one square will help, as we can put together 28 squares create one whole warm and sheltering Wrap.

Donations of wool (8ply yarn) and knitting needles (4mm) would be much appreciated.
