For the last day of our Wizard of Oz Storytime dress up theme children arrived as Lions, Witches and Fairies to enjoy being read a tale about a scarecrow and then doing the Dingle Dangle Scarecrow Dance, followed by craft where they made their own scarecrow to take home. It was all part of the lead up to the Orange Theatre Company’s performances of The Wizard of Oz as well as showing reading can be fun.  The winner of the lucky door prize for show tickets  was Kate File. Congratulations Kate! and thank you to everyone who came along, dressed up and followed the Yellow Brick Road into Storytime.
