Cowra Storytime Fun

Cowra had a bit of an Island theme happening  for Storytime.  Our Festival is on soon and Tonga is the guest nation. The children loved the special festival book- Our Island by the children of Gununa, with Alison Lester and Elizabeth Honey. Most of the illustrations were painted by children.

Pat our Library dog just had to be in the photo shoot too. After reading The complete guide to a Dogs best friend by Felicity Gardner, he got a feed because the book said to look after your best friend!
