Orange Family History Group volunteers have reached an incredible milestone of 100,000 entries from the local newspapers births, deaths and marriages listings, funeral, probate, in memoriam notices and obituaries. Since 2009 the indexing team has been using hardcopy and microfilm editions of the Central Western Daily to create an invaluable resource for family history researchers. The index can be accessed from our website under the heritage and history drop down menu. Congratulations to all involved in this project.
