Programs for Babies and Pre-Schoolers

Here’s a summary of our programs for Babies and Pre-Schoolers at Orange City Library:

Ten Minutes a Day – has moved to Tuesdays at 10am – 10.30am. This 8 week series of workshops is for 0-1 year-olds and their parents and carers to help develop skills to enhance language development.

Baby Book Time – Mondays 10.15am to 10.45am for ages 1-2 year-olds and their parents and carers. Each session includes rhymes, action songs, finger plays and stories. Book in for the term for these lively, interactive sessions.

Music For Little Ears – is held for six weeks each school term on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 10.20am for 2 – 5 year-olds. Sessions initiate little ears to classical music, singing, percussion, dancing and musical games. Conducted by Samantha Bartholomeusz from the Orange Regional Conservatorium and funded by the Orange Regional Arts Foundation.

Storytime – is held Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 11.45am during school term for children aged 3 – 5 and their parents and carers. Children are read stories about a weekly theme followed by craft.
