Let's Talk About Depression Author Talk

Author Jeremy Godwin hosts an author talk and open forum about mental health at Orange City Library on Monday 31 October at 5.30pm. The talk concentrates on raising awareness about mental health and wellbeing issues. Signed copies of his book Depression! F*** Depression! will be available for purchase for $15 and all proceeds will be used to fund the Let’s Talk About Depression tour to regional communities. Part memoir, part self-help guide, his book is a personal and practical account of living with depression and anxiety and explores Jeremy’s experiences with surviving and thriving in spite of mental illness.
