Lost Dog and Superchicken/Librarian!
Our Canowindra Librarian was asked to help find the home of a lost dog this morning. If you know who this beautiful pup belongs to please call Canowindra Library on 6344 1796.
It led her to change the words of Super Chicken to Just Call for Your Librarian:
When you find yourself in danger,
When you’re threatened by a stranger,
When it looks like you will take a lickin’, (puk, puk, puk)
There is someone waiting,
Who will hurry up and rescue you,
Just Call for your Librarian! (puk ack!)
Colleagues, if you’re afraid you’ll have to overlook it,
Besides you knew the job was dangerous when you took it (puk ack!)
They will drink their super sauce
And throw the bad guys for a loss
And they will bring them in alive and kickin’ (puk, puk, puk)
There is one thing you should learn
When there is no one else to turn to
