Mental Health Focus Thurs 10th May

You are invited to meet author Kim Hodges when she talks about her book Girl Over the Edge at Orange City Library on Thursday 10th May.

Girl Over the Edge is Kim’s second memoir, about her lived experience of mental illness. Have you ever wondered what happens in a mental health clinic or hospital? Or what an episode of severe depression feels like? Kim talks about her experiences in a raw and honest way that will strike a chord with the listener. Kim’s presentation will give you insight and also challenge beliefs, attitudes and reduce the stigma in society around mental illness.

Book your place on eventbrite.com.au or call the Library on 6393 8132.
