Local History Talk: Josiah Holman

Josiah and Elizabeth Holman

Orange and District Historical Society presents family historian Michael Webb talking about his great-great-grandfather Cornish-born Josiah Holman, who worked at Cadia Mine in the mid-19th century at Orange City Library on Sunday 15 May 2pm – 4pm. Josiah also explored the Canadian wilderness before migrating to Australia. Michael has undertaken significant family history research and will give a fascinating talk. All interested people are welcome to attend. Please book your place online or call Orange City Library on 6393 8132.
