International Women's Day Centenary Exhibition – Nominate Women Who Contribute

Organisers ( pictured: Jasmine Vidler, Sonia Muir, Amanda Cush, Karen Boyde and Cr Fiona Rossiter) of this year's International Women's Day Centenary Celebrations are calling on the community to nominate women who have made a significant contribution to our community to be part of a photographic exhibition.
International Women's Day centenary celebrations will be held on Tuesday 8 March 2011 with two events. The first will be a morning tea, 9.30am  11.30am, featuring a webinar with renowned Australian journalist and broadcaster Geraldine Doogue and an evening cocktail party, 5.30pm  7.30pm, with refreshments, music and guest speakers at Orange Regional Gallery.
Both events will feature the display of photographs showcasing women with connections to Orange who have contributed significantly to the community. For details and a nomination for go to the Orange City Council website:
