Meet Author/Illustrator Alan Robinson at Cowra Library

Alan artist (Small)

Cowra Library is set to host Alan Robinson – Central West children’s author and illustrator  He will read his stories and share his drawing skills. Alan’s books include Grandpa’s Farm – Spring, and Grandpa’s Farm – Summer.

The books reflect Alan’s own farm childhood memories and his sons’ visits to the family farm owned by their grandparents. People in the Central West may recognise some of his stories as they are set near Young.

Alan will talk about his books which feature stories of a small boy from the city staying at his grandparent’s farm and his drawings. You’ll also have a chance to see Alan showcase his artistic skills.

Alan’s books are aimed at Primary School children but everyone is most welcome to come along.

Meet Children’s Author Alan Robinson at Cowra Library, Darling Street, Cowra on Friday 16th August at 10am. For bookings please call 6340 2180. The event is supported by Cowra Visitor Information Centre. Books will be available for sale at the event.
