Acting out the story

Storytimers had a great experience “acting” We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury on the Orange Civic Theatre stage while the Orange City Library is being renovated. Children enjoyed storyteller Fiona reading the story, then acting it out themselves and making their own bear in craft time. Storytime is being held at the Orange Civic Theatre on Thursday 9 February at 11am. Next week Storytime moves to the northwestern corner of Cook Park, Sampson and Summer Streets, behind the Guildry.
