Online Author Talk with James Bradley

James Bradley is the author of four novels – Wrack, The Deep Field, The Resurrectionist and Clade, and a book of poetry, Paper Nautilus. His books have won or been shortlisted for a number of major Australian and international literary awards and have been widely translated.

As part of this free, live, online author talk on Thursday 20 August 2020  at 6.30pm, James will discuss his latest book Ghost Species. This Zoom Webinar is a collaboration between NSW Public Libraries including Central West Libraries. The conversation will be facilitated by Amy Heap, Outreach and Promotions Co-ordinator, Riverina Regional Library.

We have limited tickets for this event. Bookings are required via Eventbrite. The Zoom Webinar links and Zoom Webinar password will be sent to ticket holders via email prior to the event.

The webinar is a view-only platform. You won’t be seen by the speakers or the other participants, so you can relax in your most comfortable clothes and enjoy your favourite beverage while you watch. 

National Simultaneous Storytime 27 May

Book in for virtual National Simultaneous Storytime with Children’s Laureate Ursula Dubosarsky by the State Library of NSW reading the wonderful story Whitney and Britney Chicken Divas by Lucinda Gifford. Whitney and Britney are two gorgeous chooks, Fluffy and silky with stunning good looks. Dora is perplexed about where her chooks go each night. Little does she know, they are Whitney and Britney, Chicken Divas!
